Consult with senior level and HR on critical talent gaps and drive an effective and efficient gap analysis and talent strategy in support of the business.
Liaises with Division Executives to ensure justification of recruitment requests in alignment with manpower plan.
Conduct executive level confidential interviews and short list candidates based on business required set of skills and cultural fit.
Provides Division Executives with advice/suggestions towards the most suitable candidates for their consideration.
Ensures good relations between the Bank and its’ employees, and between staff, by overseeing the Department’s investigation into disputes, grievances and disciplinary matters, and in their interviewing employees and advice and suggestions offered.
Overseeing the preparation of Staff morale surveys that measure the level of engagement, morale, and motivation comparing the different Divisions, different staff levels (i.e. Managers vs. Supervisors etc), different Branches.
Maintaining formal and informal relations with Staff at all levels throughout the Bank to enable on site discussions, round table discussions, and visits.
