Job Description
- Attends weekly meetings and is assigned Ministries, Government, or Public related Institutions and Agencies to target, other general work, and provides Team Leader an update on all accounts and their status as well as new marketing or P&S ideas.
- Identifies and prepares a list of potential new clients and sets appointments once approved.
- Follows Strategy Plan by contacting and developing relationships with assigned Institutions or Agencies and prepares Call Reports for each visit, updating the IT System
- Provides Team Leader with Reports including Call Visits, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Reports of achievements, problems, customer feedback /suggestions, as well as new Product.
- Monitors market changes & competitor activities, giving feedback to Team Leader
- Assists customers in completing new account forms or forms related to sales.
- Manages customer service delivery and follows up to ensure that each customer’s requests are processed and products are being delivered
- Sells Bank products outside of the bank premises and understanding customers’ needs
- Answers customers’ inquiries and informs them about new products, services.
