Job Description:

JOB SUMMARY:

• Support IT Infrastructure Network organization in clarifying functional requirements and functional design during development of solution.

• Leads workgroups and/or functions as a technical expert.

• Gather and analyze data for technical projects; identify technical opportunities; influence stakeholders to support business projects; coordinate with different departmental teams to produce better technical outcomes; test internal processes and recommend improvements; convert requirements into smaller user stories; write clear and well-structured stories; work with product owners for acceptance criteria; create reports, dashboards and visualizations to understand business performance;

• analyze process issues, bottlenecks, and to make improvements; communicate and validate requirements with relevant stakeholders; assist with work intake; participate in SAFe Program Increment Planning sessions; Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Office tools
