Job Description
- Supporting the compilation of tender, evaluation and selection of professional services contractors (including obtaining firm prices and/or budget estimates for future works and variations and proof of insurances).
- Reviewing, assessing and processing contractor payment requests, variations, claims and invoices.
- Preparing, issuing and responding to general correspondence in relation to the contract in question.
- Contributing to and managing the project forecasts and budget estimates for the project.
- Contributing to identification, reporting and mitigation of project risks, including management of the risks.
- Reviewing and redrafting (as necessary) correspondence with the main works contractor.
