Job Description
- Identify training needs for leaders; design and develop ongoing management training, onboarding, and mentoring programs and materials
- Take an active role in coaching and mentoring managers to help them best fulfill their people management responsibilities
- Provide hands-on guidance for junior managers and seek out individualized solutions to support them in their new responsibilities
- Become involved in and manage any Employee Relations issues and coach managers through difficult situations
- Ensure that all managers are providing team members with a good experience in onboarding, mentoring, and career development
