Digital Product Owner

Job Accountabilities:

To build, operate, maintain and upgrade the battery swap platform which provide a platform to users for availing battery swap services

Coordinate with the associated functions internal and external such as the operations, B2B customers.

To understand the current Swap platform and identify the gaps

Need to think through, apply and develop the platform citing it being a niche segment Involved in learning it and building it through and through applying to the B2B segment also hence, needs to specialize in the domain

To learn, processes and features offered by competition To learn from 'and include the 'Best Practices' To benchmark processes/features and define the roadmap with Targets to achieve the milestones

To document the requirement in the "Functional Requirement Document" and work in close coordination with the Digital team to achieve the milestones in time

To include new features or to modify existing features based on customer's stated and latent needs

To work closely with the 'Operations team' in identifying the gaps in the adoption of released features

To relook at releases and modify to improve customer adoption

Responsible for understanding best practices in ' and practices followed by competition

Defining the FRS, Milestones and MVP releases Reworking basis feedback from field Releasing new and improved versions of app and adoption of app by customer.
