Job Description
: a) Prepare the rooms for the new hires
b) Supervise the cleaning and maintenance of the facilities like the gymnasium and the accommodation building
c) Prepare the store requisitions on time and ensure that the supplies are available at all times for the colleagues.
e) Conduct spot checks at the accommodation, and ensure compliance to the Fire-Life-Safety standards are complied to all times, and the rooms and facilities are kept clean and in good condition. f) Maintain the Visitor Log book, and ensure that the Visitor Policy is followed at the facility.
