The project we are needing assistance with is to deliver a new feature for our application that supports the Federal Governments annual charity giving campaign. This new feature is to build a workflow within the application to automate the process of reviewing a charities application. The application review process is made up of around a hundred questions with variations based on the size and location of the charity. This developers time would be working on the API and services needed to support this feature. They have a contract with the Federal Office of Personnel Management to add new functionality to a platform written that they built and maintain for OPM. This platform is called "Give Back" and it is a portal that allows any Federal employee to give philanthropically pre-taxed dollars to their philanthropy of choice.
