Job Description
Role: Database Developer
Location: Weehawken, NJ (Onsite from Day one)
JOB TYPE: Long Term Contract
Job Description:
your expertise
- experience in Financial Services or Consulting services, with a focus on data management and/or project management
- a bachelor's degree is required, master's degree preferred
- knowledge of Banking or Capital Markets is preferred
- familiarity with one or more regulations in the data management space, such as BCBS 239, IFRS, CCAR
- consulting experience is a plus
- experience in Data-management-implementation project is preferred
- proven ability to design data glossaries, map data flow processes, and engineer data controls
- hands-on experience with data management and visualization tools, such as Alteryx, Tableau, Informatica, and Power BI
- experience in working with Cloud solutions is desirable. A relevant certification is a plus
- knowledge of Data Architecture and Data Modelling is preferred
- strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to manage stakeholders
- highly driven and motivated, must have a can-do attitude and be willing to solve complex problems
- interest in data science is a plus
