Job Description
- Providing guidance and advice to clients regarding technical issues involved in solving a problem or implementing a solution
- Developing software applications and other computer-based solutions to meet business needs
- Researching existing technology and recommending new technology to meet clients’ needs
- Preparing bids for services or products from vendors
- Training clients on how to use new technology applications or systems
- Managing projects from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating the work of other team members
- Troubleshooting problems with existing systems to identify causes and develop solutions
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, including building trust by communicating effectively and resolving issues quickly
- Identifying and recommending new technologies that could be used to improve efficiency and productivity
