Job Description

Job Title:

Assistant Secretary

Working Hours:

5 days per week, 9 hour per day(1 hour break)

Eligibility for:

  • Beni_suef City residents only.
  • Females only.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
  • Answer telephones and respond to inquiries via telephone or email.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying.
  • Write emails, memos, and letters.
  • Implement and/or develop office procedures and record systems.
  • Manage database entry and client files.
  • Order and maintain supplies.
  • Maintain confidential department files/records.
  • Perform routine bookkeeping tasks.
  • Assist with presentations and reports.
  • Organizing appointments with clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • +3 years experience in office administration or secretarial work.

Requirements

Desirable Qualifications and Experience

  • Very good communication skills.
  • Excellent telephone manner & customer service.
  • Microsoft office 360 package (word, excel, power point, share point, team).
  • Team working capabilities.
  • Perform office tasks.
  • Highly organized and good planner.
  • Basic math and accounting competence.
  • Familiar with ERP System.
  • High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability.
  • Very Good in Arabic & English (Reading, Writing & Oral).
