Salary Range: from RM 48000 - RM 96000 per annum

Job summary:
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager/Asst Manager/Senior Executive to join our client in the retail industry. You will have the opportunity to lead the creative & marketing team. You will be hands-on in managing the 360 marketing.


What you'll do:

• Toformulate and execute the marketing strategy aligns with the company's direction
• To communicate and advise the management effectively on the strategies for both online and offline marketing via monthly strategy analysis
• Responsible for managing the operation of the marketing department, including social media, e-commerce, retail storedisplay, advertising and creative design, and allexternal marketing activities
• Provide accurate market analysis, identifythe right target audience, and assist the company to achieve sales goals with the most accurate and appropriate marketing strategies.
• Analyze weekly/monthly marketing campaign and strategy report results
• Develop new customer base channels and activate existingmembers
• Lead and manage marketing department partners and complete work according to schedule

What do you need to have to succeed in this role:

• You have hands-on experience with product-based marketing and social media marketing strategies, ie Google Business, Facebook Marketing, Instagram Marketing, etc.
• You have great knowledge of business strategies
• Familiarity with customer buying patterns and apparel marketing trends are added advantages
• You are proactive, good at planning, adaptive, analytical, great sense of urgency, and have good communication skill
• Well-versed with Microsoft Office and Adobe
• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience
• Ability to converse, read and write in English and Mandarin
