Tasks

• You manage the Procurement process and develop strong relationships with their suppliers/project partners
• You are responsible for drafting contracts up to subcontractors, which includes large Procurement drafts for vendors, suppliers and service providers
• You will be in charge of checking the existing contracts from a legal perspective and to identify potential project partners
• You support organizational goals and objectives and will oversee agreed and crucial delivery timelines
• You review, compare, analyze and negotiate services to be purchased
• You get the project stakeholders together to understand the short- and mid-term scope, objectives and timelines for the project-related procurement activities
• You develop a realistic transition plan after selecting the vendors/suppliers/subcontractors
• You coordinate both internal and external stakeholders and travel to the partner`s premises to ensure an on-time delivery
• You are in charge of contract/subcontract Management and negotiations (EPC, EPCM, Managed Services)
• By that you actively contribute to a successful execution of this pioneer project

Profile

• University degree (civil engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or else)
• Solid experience in a similar role and project environment, ideally in the context of Oil & Gas and/or Process Engineering
• Proactive, strategic, innovative and analytical thinking and acting
• Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as conflict resolution skills
• MS Office tools and perfect German and English language skills are required
