Your tasks
- Building up a new team which is dedicated to supporting the growth efforts of Aaron.ai.
- Conceptualizing and setting up processes and scalable structures of the new team.
- Building and improving customer-facing and internal tools, features and infrastructure for teams such as marketing, operations and sales.
- Working directly with stakeholders and representing the technical side on projects from conception to design and implementation.
- Developing experiments and measuring results of rapid iterations and growth efforts.
Your Experience & Skills
- You have already gained at least 3+ years of professional experience as Javascript/Node.js developer, and have a passion for end-to-end development.
- You are comfortable with frontend web development, open APIs, as well as reading and navigating code and documentation that you didn t write.
- You can translate ideas into clear code. Your code is efficient and adaptable to changing requirements, documented and tested through a mix of automated and manual tests.
- You know when and how to adjust existing designs or make refactors vs leaving things as they are.
- You prioritize your work and optimize it for either speed or quality, depending on the situation.
- You are able to coach Junior developers.
- Nice to have, but not required:
- Experience in leading a team of engineers.
- Experience with workflow automation.
- Experience with AWS Lambda and the Serverless Framework.
- Knowledge of marketing and growth methodologies.
- Experience in the digital health industry.
