For a project at our client s site (home office possible within Switzerland), an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced Business Process Re-Engineer - Employee Experience.
In this role, you will contribute with your process redesign knowledge and experience to apply process redesign as a vehicle for cost optimization and employee experience improvements.
Tasks
- Defining and documenting high-level target design and business outcomes
- Conducting E2E assessment to ensure all impacted functions and processes are properly considered in the project
- Identifying and implementing surface opportunities to redesign, simplify and improve process efficiency and effectiveness
- Evaluating current state, impact to change, and end-to-end target state visualization from requirements to implementation, post-adoption monitoring and testing
- Delivering on E2E process maturity improvements aligned to employee experience, service blueprints, and cost optimization
- Documenting new process (service) blueprints and preparing presentations and process overview
- Consolidating impacts to metrics and evaluate testing strategies for tech implementation and process changes
- Reviewing and assess policies and business processes to find areas of improvement and recommend solutions
- Performing GAP analysis and build and maintain process maps for both documenting and analyzing current state / target state People Processes
Requirements
- 5+ years of Process (Re)design experience in complex customer and employee-focused organization
- Deep knowledge of Business Process re-engineering (BPR) and Process Excellence concepts
- Good knowledge of service employee journey mapping, service blueprints, value stream and process mapping, concept prioritization future state process maps, roadmaps/storyboards, prototypes, scenario storytelling and experience transformation governance
- Strong competence and ability to identify & deliver on E2E process maturity improvements
- Understanding of process modeling standards and mapping tools such as Visio, value stream mapping, BPMN and service blueprint
- Versed working in agile, cross-functional, multi-disciplinary teams
- Strong communication and presentation development skills
- Experienced in agile product development and agile engineering
- Enthusiastic making both technology / real-life experiences seamless, enjoyable and productive
- Fluent in English
