Job Description
- Coordinate activities with Government agencies on all matters referred to him by the Government Affairs manager.
- Respond to inquiries from government representatives about the organization and its operation & employees, in order to provide accurate information.
- Facilitate the communication between company Organisations and Government agencies and guide company employees on Government formalities and assist with company related matters for proper government communications. Take corrective action when needed.
- Prepare any support documents or data that the Government Affairs manager would use during government meetings/negotiations and report finished documents to the manager for sign-off and escalate any issues or problems.
- Receive Government officials according to set protocol, accompany them on tours of company installations and arranges for any services that they may require.
- Maintain contact with government agencies / offices regarding current status of documents or orders.
