Technical Author

Job Role:

• Prepare, review, revise, and maintain technical documents, system operations, and user documentation.
• Strong writing skills, the ability to synthesize technical content from an SME and create user manuals that clearly explain the topic/task to end users
• Update existing docs to reflect changes to functionality.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Engineering, service, Marketing
• Publish and maintain templates for written documentation produced by others ensuring a consistent "look and feel."

Required Skills:

• Strong communications skills, including written, verbal.
• Attention to detail track record of authoring high quality documentation.
• Well organized and able to operate independently.
