Job Description
- Assisting accounts/finance department. Handling payroll accounting which including calculations of basic salary, housing, other allowances, overtime, staff deduction, staff loan and advances, Gosi, Leave Pay, EOS, Provisions, Leave ticket and accruals etc. Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual salary reports, salary comparison with previous month, importing and entering vouchers from MenaPay to Oracle. Preparing and filing all relevant documents on monthly basis. And any other tasks assign by management to serve finance/accounts department. Skills Minimum Bachelor’s Degree. Minimum 2 years of experience in same field. Ability to maintain and update employees' payroll accounting and files. Communication skills (English Must). Good computer skills: MS Word, Excel, power point. Oracle and Mena Pay experience is plus point. In-depth knowledge of applicable labor laws.
