Job Description
- Your day to day Receives, processes, and confirms room reservations maintaining and updating of pink sheets. Processes and follows up on next destination and inter hotel sales in accordance with set standards Helps and assists guests in making reservations in other hotels when requested. processing of group bookings. Ensures that the filing of all correspondence is accurate and updated. Prepares the next destination and inter hotel bookings confirmations slips. prepare statistical reports when required. Attends to all inquiries, complaints, and special requests regarding room reservations. Identifies departmental training needs and conducts training sessions accordingly.
