Job Description
- Prepare and cook orders in accordance with portion and quality standards specified in recipes br Produces food of high quality according to standard recipes br Assists with the preparation presentation decoration and storage of dishes br Communicates politely and display courtesy to guests and internal customers br Provides direction to the Kitchen helpers including Cooks Kitchen Attendants and Stewards br Communicates to his her superior any difficulties guest or internal customer comment and other relevant information br Establishes and maintains effective employee working relationships br Attends and participates in daily briefings and other meetings as scheduled br Attends and participates in training sessions as scheduled br Prepares in advance food beverage material and equipment needed for the service
