Job Description
- Develop a capacity-building strategy in coordination with the Project Manager and Country Director
- Identify the key stakeholders and key actors within Jordan water, sanitation, and sustainability sector
- Coordinatewith appropriate stakeholders in all aspects of project planning, monitoring, and implementation for all capacity-building activities.
- Provide technical support to the Project Manager/ line manager in the areas of work planning need assessment, training plan development, and training evaluation reports
- Develop capacity-building programs for the current year and develop a monthly implementation plan based on the needs assessment report,
- Develop, review and maintain tailor-made trainingmaterial,presentations,workshops, agenda, and otherreportsin line with best practice
- Participate in monitoring, evaluating, and periodic reporting related to capacity-building activities according to the approved plan
