Job Description
- Analyze and provide insights to Organization Health Survey and other related results (In-touch, exit interviews, management assessments, etc.) to facilitate the development and implementation of meaningful & effective action plans.
- Develop the Talent Management and Organization strategy and agenda for the BU and manage execution efficiently and effectively.
- Facilitate leadership development interventions.
- Design and launch the yearly Training Tool Kit agenda (Soft Skills & Corporate Programs).
- Develop, implement and evaluate effectiveness of Organization Capability plan for SSFL.
