Job Description
- Lead roll-out of PepsiCo Best Practices and Tools on Productivity. Own GCCF BU LSS approach including alignment of priorities, maintaining project pipeline, capability building plan, and the execution governance Facilitate Lean 6σ (LSS) and TPM sessions to Senior Management and Middle Management to help facilitate and identify productivity opportunities. Work closely with Finance Planning and ensure Global Corporate guidelines and definitions are rolled-out to the businesses consistently. Conduct training and ensure all businesses are cross-calibrated, tracking all projects and reporting timely on progress.
