Job Description

  1. Assign and follow up on targets for retail counters for Yokohama and Non-Yokohama tires.
  2. Assign and follow up on targets to increase the sales of Yokohama tires through Toyota and Lexus garages.
  3. Assign and follow up on the targets for service jobs like wheel alignment and balancing, nitrogen filling, oil change etc from retail counters.
  4. Design policies for improving sales and service of truck tires and industrial tires from YTTC - Ahmadi.
  5. Assign targets and follow up on sales of battery brand Al Afdal through our Retail counters.
  6. Follow up and improve the OE sales of Yokohama tires from premium automotive brands like Porsche, BMW, Mercedes etc.
  7. Analyze sales trends, variances, identify gaps and submit report to the Senior Manager, Tire Sales with improving recommendations.
  8. Analyze sales demand; prepare sales forecast and ensure maintaining appropriate level of stock in the branch upon approval of Senior Manager, Tire Sales.
  9. Assist Senior Manager in order planning, preparing budgets and overseeing the financial administration of planning projects.
  10. Monitor and report on sales activities and performance and take corrective measures as necessary.
