Job Description
Assisting the line manager in the development and implementation of respectivesection strategies and operations process. Supervises a team of inspectors to ensurework is completed as per standard and procedure.
Carries out varied assignments of respective section
Provides technical expertise; participates in technical interactions with customers,suppliers, licensor, or internal teams to address problems, which require technicaladvice for timely resolution.
Leads and coaches team members to apply best practices, assess problems andgenerate alternative solutions for escalated issues. Provides formal & informalfeedback to maximize their overall performance.
Provides detailed training to team members in their area of expertise.
Manages and relocate resources as required.
Maintains and develop knowledge of technical innovations through association withprofessional organizations.
Provides build, maintain excellent client relationships, and ensure that all servicestandards are met.
Acts on behalf of the company, making full use of technical expertise, whenrequired.
Identifies any possible business opportunities and advise all appropriate businessareas.
Manages projects as per plan and client requirements in line with company policy.
Inspects materials, products, and work in progress for conformance tospecifications, and adjusts process or assembly equipment to meet standards.
Ensures reports, recommendations and needed actions are communicatedeffectively and completed in a timely manner.
Compliance to all applicable policies, procedures, and work instructions as perQHSE, ISO standards and the legal / regulatory requirements
Requirements
Bachelor s Degree Engineering or equivalent in a respective discipline.
Demonstrated thorough knowledge of applicable international standards.
Demonstrated full working knowledge of quality system standards and methods.
Valid driver s license.
