Liaising with client representatives, estimators, directors, bid writers, project managers,
subcontractors and external consultants
Input and management of all incoming drawings/documents onto company EDMS to ensure
accurate records for the internal and external tendering teams
On-going document control; ensuring that all tender clarifications and addendums are
distributed internally and external suppliers and updated on the EDMS
Issue subcontractor pricing enquiries and addressing all subsequent queries with the
estimating team
Compile final submission documents in collaboration with the bid and estimating team
Conduct printing, photocopying and general administration duties as required
