Job Description
- Engage senior leaders in development and ownership of IDB strategy in IMEA and APR regions and act as an advisor on IDB topics
- Lead IMEA and APR Regional Belonging Councils, alongside local IDB Partners / Directors of Talent
- Localise global IDB messaging for IMEA and APR markets and ensure local topics and priorities are heard and understood at Global level
- Co-create and deliver trainings on range of IDB topics to drive inclusive working practices
- Develop and deliver strategic and ad-hoc IDB initiatives on behalf of the central IDB team
- Act as a special advisor on chosen inclusion major
- Act as a sounding board and confidant for colleagues, providing advice and signposting to resources
