Provides walk-throughs and training to customers in the use of audio, video, and multi-media computer equipment including integrated equipment
Set-up and troubleshoot audio visual equipment including computers, video projectors, microphones, sound systems and lighting
Responsible for audio and visual programming, implementation, and troubleshooting for the properties to include but not limited to video wall displays, pylon signs, property televisions, Castnet system and monitoring and adjusting sound levels and music programming at the property, including casino floors, VIP Lounge, and restaurants
Sets up and operates audio and video equipment, including integrated equipment in conjunction with SCC Operations Team staff
Coordinate and facilitate audio visual resources with external customers and media, including facilitating live-stream video, recordings, and news feeds
Strike and remove audio visual equipment from meeting rooms at conclusion of meeting
Support the various enterprise meeting planners to help design and establish cost estimates for the audio/visual needs for various events
Video Teleconferencing (VTC) Support Tasks - Schedule and setup VTC point-to-point and multi-point meetings, Configure connectivity in VTC bridge(s)
