Job DescriptionTablet/Phone Technician needed for an e-commerce company.Location Doha, QatarSalary 6,000 QAR/monthWorking Days 6 days/week & 9 hours (including 1 hour break)Essential skills:• Must be fluent in Arabic & English• 5+ years experience as a tablet/phone technician• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Can provide NOC• Possessing a valid driver s license is mandatoryKey Responsibilities:• Provide on-site technical support for tablets and phones• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues• Perform repairs and replacements for damaged component• Install and configure applications according to customer needs• Educate customers on device usage and maintenance• Ensure customer satisfaction through efficient and effective service• Maintain accurate records of service visits and completed tasks• Keep van stocked with necessary tools and replacement parts• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during service visits• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their concerns and provide solutions• Flexible scheduling to accommodate customer appointments• Maintain professionalism and represent the company positively at all times
