Minimum 10 years of experience in project delivery preferably in Banking domain

Experience in Agile way of working

Ability to manage complex projects and deliver on Time and Budget

Periodic reporting for Stakeholders both internal and external with good communication skills

Able to manage and motivate team, handle pressure and ready to take up challenges.

Strong customer service, Delivery management and Quality control

Knowledge/implementation of core banking products (either Temenos products or any other) would be an added plus.

Exposure to Islamic Banking

T24 Domain Expertise

He/She must have end-to-end knowledge on configuration in Temenos retail products

Understand the Requirement Document & Design Specification Documents

Own the Design specification and provide walk-throughs to technical or development team

Conduct training to the business users from the bank

Able to clasify CR / Bug

Experience in T24 AA

Duties :

Primary duty of the Lead Functional Consultant is of People Management of Suppor Team.

Adhere & maintain quality on deliverables of documents for product support engagement.

Ensure that the solution provided is the best among alternatives.

Support the project team in executing the project.

Prepare & share status report & dashboard at regular intervals as required by the project or client.

Identify the challenges in Support engagement and suggest changes to the client and get their concurrence.

Distinguish between Change Requests and Bug during the entire project duration.

Essential Skills Required :

Ability to understand the client s requirement & Design Document clearly

Full software lifecycle development experience, preferably in agile methodology

Understanding of integration touch points and various integration patterns

Good communication skill

Islamic Banking products knowledge is an added advantage

T24 AA, Bachelors degree in IT/Comp Science
