10-12 years of working in Core Banking Implementation

4+ years of experience on working with Islamic Banking Financing products including Lending, Credit analysis, credit scoring

2+ years of experience in client on-boarding and client acquisition journeys for Financing (Lending) products

5+ years of Business Analysis experience, requirement elicitation, BRDs, FRDs, Agile way of working, stakeholder management

T24 Domain Expertise

He/She must have end-to-end knowledge on configuration in Temenos retail products

Understand the Requirement Document & Design Specification Documents

Own the Design specification and provide walk-throughs to technical or development team

Conduct training to the business users from the bank

Able to clasify CR / Bug

Experience in T24 AA

Professional Attributes:

Able to communicate effectively

Must be a good team player

Ability to work under tight timelines and pressures

Must be fast learner and show willingness to explore, learn the offerings of the client

Strong Analytical Skills.
