Implement effective internal controls at stores restaurants to achieve cost targets, including proper inventory and purchasing strategies / policies / systems
Control the Food and Beverage outlets in terms of wastage, pilferage, and efficiency.
Drive cost savings and remove inefficiencies
Effective engagement and management of staff
Continuously audit company policies and procedures to identify any shortcomings or to ensure better outcomes
Ensure all work is carried out in line with SOPs and annual budgeting / business plan
Evaluate performance using key metrics and address issues to improve it
Assist upper management in decisions for expansion or acquisition
Strong inclination for high hygiene and cleaning standards
