Job Description
- Responsible for production & selling products by implementing sales plans; supervising staff; follow new business opportunities and manages functions such as company associations
- Generate maximum number of enquiries by regular personal visits to the clients using his long experience and relationships in the market with site engineers / buyers / owners & to ensure we secured that order.
- Independently handles production functions with a team. Responsibility for identifying and maximizing business development opportunities
- Responsible for the financial management of projects, putting together bids for new work and negotiating and agreeing contracts. Responsible for collection of outstanding payment on time.
- Selection of Sales persons by reviewing CVs. Discussing with sales staffs to know their personal needs and negotiate it with ( Administrations ) and / or ( Commercial General Manager ) for approval .
- To brief Commercial General Manager about the market position and the problems if any being faced and seek his advice as to how to be resolved.
