Job Description
- Responsible for managing the regulatory framework, strategies, and oversight for asset management within the region
- Understanding of leasing and pricing in the area and how it would be set up
- Creation of an asset register
- Middle East experience; particularly Saudi Arabia
- Asset Management for large-scale mix-use developments
- Semi-government (Regulatory Bodies) or Private Sector (Developers) background
