Job Description

Assist in devising financing strategy and arrangement of long term financing in alignment with the company’s CAPEX requirement.
Coordinate with Budgeting and Planning, commercial and Network department for the preparation of business plan. Produce liquidity scenarios based on FCF and prepare liquidity and cash flow projections.
Develop and analyze loan and funding models to fulfill the company’s timely CAPEX needs.
Maintain the optimal capital structure of the company.
