Job Description
- Assist the Head of Department and the rest of the members of the Department
- Set priorities and implement general office strategy
- prepare reports as required
- Draft correspondence in Arabic and English
- Follow-up with other departments on various projects, initiatives and requests
- Research across the board
Specific tasks:
- Prioritize work load and manage two junior team members
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure appropriate follow-up on specific projects and events
- Follow up with concerned official parties on the principle's directives on field visits to governates.
- Maintain files, both paper and electronic, for the Department
- Maintain a record of all incoming requests and invitations
- Respond to incoming requests for assistance verbally and/or in writing as instructed by the Head of Department
