Responsible for coordination & handling of all new hire onboarding-related activities (forms, Q&A, mobility visas, background verification, ensuring electronic completion, employee ID generation, records retention, bonus processing).
Provide guidance on policy, procedure, and requirements to multiple parties (candidates, managers, recruiters, recruiting coordinators, etc.) regarding onboarding of new hires.
The role utilizes multiple databases and portals for the management of onboarding new hires requirements
Be the POC for all Background checks and compliance
