Job Description
- Responsible for coordination & handling of all new hire onboarding-related activities (forms, Q&A, mobility visas, background verification, ensuring electronic completion, employee ID generation, records retention, bonus processing).
- Provide guidance on policy, procedure, and requirements to multiple parties (candidates, managers, recruiters, recruiting coordinators, etc.) regarding onboarding of new hires.
- The role utilizes multiple databases and portals for the management of onboarding new hires requirements
- Be the POC for all Background checks and compliance
