Job Description
.
Overall supervision of asphalt productions and supply upervise all on-site operations including land clearing, excavation, utilities laying, sub-grade/sub-base laying, asphalt laying, asphalt paving, etc. and ensuring its implementation in alignment with the project plans and within the specified budget
.
Ensure that all operations are being held as per the standard methods and procedures and complies with standards and regulations, and take all safety precautions, permits and licenses prior to work execution
.
Calculation cost, estimates, budgets, and schedules
.
Monitor operation expenses and research ways to reduce costs while maintaining product quality
.
Analyze workforce requirements
