Review TQs (Technical Queries) from both the 3 OEMs and Jacobs. Ensure TQs are closed in a timely manner. Elevate TQs as necessary to ensure questions are answered. Maintain TQ log and have regular meetings/workshops to progress the design.
Review OEM’s submittals and ensure they are coordinated with the Jacobs design drawings.
Ensure Jacobs has the necessary OEM information to move their design forward.
Where OEM design information is not available, the Integration Manager is to develop a strategy to move the Jacobs design forward in order to not delay construction of the buildings necessary to house OEM equipment. This may include out of sequence construction, routing of MEP services necessary for OEM Equipment for future tie-in, and other methods to complete a weather-tight building.
Hold regularly scheduled meetings with the 3 individual OEM suppliers, track meetings and actions via Meeting Minutes. Critical Item Action Reports and Risk Registers.
