Understand HR policies and procedures and communicate the same to employees if needed
Point of contact with employees regarding Personnel issues such as leaves, salaries etc.
Receive employees requests (leaves, certificates, etc), check, evaluate and process them in line with the approved policies and procedures.
Provide assistance in recruitment functions and activities: sourcing applications, screening and filtering, arranging interviews, follow up with candidates, prepare employment contracts if needed, prepare joining reports if requested.
Compiling and update employee's records (system and filing).
Provide information if requested by higher management
Generate reports related to personnel on regular basis or when requested
Follow up regrading employees request; probation period and convert them to permanent / active employees.
Prepare HR letters and certifications.
Provide assistance in administrative services such as hotel reservations, leased cars, telecommunication companies, Insurance policies, travel arrangements
Responsible for employees request; records / files
Assist HR Team when needed or requested by director.
