Job Description
- Review drawings and provide related engineering details using software packages such as Auto Cad and Revit and correct errors or omissions in contract drawings.
- In coordination with the Migration Management Officer, work with the MMU team directly on the planning, design, and development of specifications for all phases of construction.
- In line withIOM procurement and legal policies, the incumbent will assist in compiling and drafting documents for competitive tendering, including layout drawings, building plans, bills of quantity (BOQs) and any other relevant technical documents.
- Participate in Bids Evaluation Committees as assigned by the Chief of Mission, for relevant procurement activities and participate in the tender evaluation process including assessment of bidders' qualifications, competency, and experience.
