Job Description
- The Training Specialist will be responsible for plan, develop, implement training support on a continuing basis, to upgrade the skills and knowledge of the Almarai employees in the job related and behavioural related areas, by planning, implementing, conducting systematic and structured training programs at the specified period of time. Also to provide overall support in the organization and implementation of all training activities in the Corporate division by following the company policies and standards.
