Software Business Analyst

Job Description

• Analyze, document, and manage business requirements throughout the life of the product or project.
• Perform requirements gathering and analysis in order to provide high quality and detailed requirements, ensuring the closest involvement with, and agreement from, the user community
• Resolve conflicting end-user requirements
• Collaborate with the Development team to create documents such as a Software Requirements Specification (SRS) document
• Collaborate with developers to ensure adherence to business requirements and UI design specifications job requirements

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Sciences or equivalent degree.
• Must have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, the ability to manage time and resources to meet assigned deadlines
• Ability to take strategic guidance on product direction and convert it into actionable designs and product development

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in Agile Software Development
• Experience in dealing with mobile software or mobile technologies
