Job Description
- Defining the ideal work experience, and academic formation if needed, of the resources required. • Source for resumes from Company databank and other job portals. • Scrutinizing and short listing resumes as per the requirements of the hiring department and/or BUs. • Screening and testing, if applicable, potential candidates. • Processing reference check on final candidates. • Reviewing final hiring paperwork for accuracy and completeness. • Submitting offers to candidates and following up until placing. • Coordinating visa immigration processing for new employees from overseas. • Responsible for to review, update and share proper recruitment status report. • Update Hiring Managers frequently on status of related hiring activities. • Performs miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
