- Study all the project documents; drawings, BOQ, Project Specifications, Contract and Tendering inquiries.
- Arrange sub-contractors site kick off meetings .
- Follow up the works and the subcontractors progress and provide help for works problems.
- Search for new sub-contractors.
- Prepare weekly reports including procurement plan progress and follow up with site managers for subcontractors’ evaluation.
- Initiate and terminate basic contracts and job orders.
- Negotiating with subcontractors and issue their contracts if needed from site.
- Follow up with the Procurement department in Head-Office for the main packages and providing all the required help for their inquiries.
Job Requirements
- previous Experience in construction and Procurement Accounting background.
- Interest in procurement
- Bachler’s degree in civil engineering.
- Excellent negotiation and analysis skills.
- Good technical knowledge of contracting supplies.
- Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques.
