Job Description
- Perform initial, in-progress, classification and final inspections
- Operate and inspect equipment to diagnose and troubleshoot defects.
- Use technical manuals, bulletins and written directives in the performance of all inspections.
- Examine parts for damage or excessive wear using micrometers and gauges.
- Order required repair parts using appropriate parts manuals.
- Conducts Tests on Equipment that has been Serviced, Repaired and Overhauled to insure operating efficiency before returning to customer.
- Perform ECOD and ACOD inspections and verify condition codes.
- Must be capable of giving and receiving instructions to all of the work force in the Shops.
- Ability to Inspect Check and Test all types of HVAC System being Work Ordered to the Shop
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Perform testing and certification of equipment and material during Load Testing Process
