Senior Accountant

- Execute all Kinds of Accounting and Financial Jobs including but not limited to .’

- Daily transaction and Logsheet entry

- Maintaining and managing cash on hand

- Following up on suppliers payments and clients receivables.

- Maintaining control on cash in banks

- Preparing and paying salaries

- Knowledge of and easy use of Visual Dolphin system for Accounting & Production

- P & L preparation and analysis

- Preparation of B/S

- Liaising with external and Internal Auditors

- Reporting to the management on time

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office in excel, word, powerpoint, etc.

- Bank reconciliation

- Ensuring compliance with Accounting deadline.

- Generating budgets and forecasts on a quarterly basis

- Maintaining proper office expenditure as requested

- Knowledge of online banking
