Assist with developing program plans, defining metrics and measures, defining requirements for an automated dashboard, facilitating meetings to select and formalize metrics, establishing a configuration management process for metrics, and developing processes and procedures for the execution of the program.
Analysing trends to determine root cause and potential solutions.
Maintain responsibility for facilitating the coordination and development of monthly performance reports, working with project teams to deliver performance-based studies and assessments, researching and analysing performance data to develop an annual report, and developing and delivering training on metrics.
