Job Description
- Compute and tally actual run sheet against physical shipment to minimize
- any deviations
- Consolidate, scan and generate report for shipments with bad address and
- undelivered deliveries from ground operations
- Coordinate with Internal teams for updates and delivery status
- Update status on Info Axis system
- Coordinate with ground force for urgent deliveries as per company policy
- Follow up over the returned shipments from couriers (controllable,
- incontrollable reasons), and update the teams with their shipments status.
- Follow up on the various inbound/outbound operations in accordance to the
- standard procedures and Quality of Services Standards.
- Follow up with Hub: regarding shipment clearance, updating the system,
- console recovery.
- follow the receiving process at the airport and monitors the clearance
- process to be done according to the country local customs regulations
- Update the daily inbound/outbound operations tasks on Aramex system.
- Cooperate with sales department especially in case of shipment incidents.
- Assist the GOP in arranging and sorting the shipments to couriers and
- warehouse racks
