- Study (and certify, if needed) to any network related technology as per assignment
- Implement projects and/or POC in any network related technology
- Attend meeting and do presentation to customers
- Deliver training (instructor based or on-job) to customers
- Deliver training to team members internally
- Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meets company standard
- Keeps and maintains projects and/or customers information/data privacy
- Show flexibility, understanding and to follow projects team’s hierarchy
Job Requirements
- Experience: 0 to 5 years
- Experience configuring and troubleshooting switches and network gear.
- Experience with wireless technology.
- Ability to troubleshoot network connectivity and performance issues.
- Hands-on experience with Aruba wireless and switching.
- Hands-on experience with Aruba ClearPass is a plus
